Last 23rd February, the ESO students went to the school's gym to attend an English play performed by Blue Mango Theatre.

1st and 2nd ESO students saw "The horror Show". For about 1 hour, 3 actors played 3 different sketches of Frankestein, Dracula and Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde books, some Victorian horror literature classics.
3rd and 4th ESO students saw "Murder Mystery", set at Griffin Lodge...a very old manor house in the English countryside. Someone has been murdered…
It was a funny interactive play where the students helped to find the truth.

The plays were so amusing and the students had a good opportunity to learn new vocabulary, test their English comprehension and listen to native speakers.

All of us had a great time!!!

Last 3rd February all the students of ESO in Amor de Déu School welcomed one more time the Blue Mango theatre Company. The students could laugh, learn and practise English thanks to the teatre play Wavelength.

This theatre play was a good opportunity to motivate the students to learn English. They had fun, sang, reviwed some English contents and, the most daring, participated in  the performance interacting with the actors.

In this class, they learnt about many aspects of the English culture: music, food, royal family… They also competed in a simulation of the popular Tv programme Who wants to be millionaire. All the students had a great opportunity to learn by playing.  Furthermore, those who knew the answers of the questions received a small gift.
Congratulations champions! And … let’s keep learning!
